During the first plenary sitting in Strasbourg of the newly-elected Parliament, MEPs approved the proposal on the number and numerical strength of the interparliamentary delegations.

The Delegation for relations with Iran will hold its constitutive meeting and will elect its bureau, comprising of a Chair and Vice-Chairs, at a meeting scheduled on Thursday 3 October (date and exact time to be confirmed soon).
